| Minutes of Meeting | Our club’s first BOD meeting was conducted online on 23rd July 2021. The following points were discussed: 1. President Ashwini congratulated Project Director Anand Indamdar for making our Tree Plantation Project cum Short Monsoon Trip first successful program of the year. Also everyone lauded Public Relations Director Diimmppale Dhotre for her work related to Public Image of our club. 2. Discussion on budget was made and Treasurer Sanjeev Tulpule gave a rough idea about the budget considering 23 members of the Club. 3. PP and Treasurer Sanjeev Tulpule gave the details of Fee collection. So the President requests members to pay the fees at earliest. 4. There was a serious discussion on increasing the membership of our club. President Ashwini has appealed to all the members to help increase our club membership to 30. 5. There was also a discussion on the programs to be conducted in coming month. As there are no clear norms on unlock due to COVID-19, the decision regarding physical meeting will be taken after 15th August 2021. We will be organising a blood donation camp in the month of August, the details of which will be followed soon. BOD also discussed about the Warkari Project. There is a requirement of 3 ceiling fans and 11 wall mounted fans at Vitthal Mandir, Navi Peth, the committee will take a decision after checking exact cost for the same. 6. There was also discussion about the Club Trust. The required documents are submitted to the Charity Commissioner Office but due to covid restrictions and technical issues at the Charity office end there is a slight delay above the stipulated time.
